Norimaki (laver roll) of rape blossom (Japanese mustard flavor)


Rape blossom, soy sauce, sugar, sake, Japanese mustard, nori (laver)




  • Boil rape blossom.
  • Boil komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and maitake mushrooms.
  • Put sugar, soy sauce, sake and Japanese mustard into a bowl, mix and give it a bit strong taste.
  • Put rape blossom into the bowl and soak.
  • Spread the Sumaki (bamboo mat for sushi), put paper and half sheet of Nori on the mat, place drained rape blossom on the nori, and roll up.
  • Cut in equal size and serve with Japanese mustard.
