Satoimo (taro) with miso topping

≪ingredients≫

satoimo, dried green seaweed, miso, grind sesame, sugar, sake, dashi stock

≪recipe≫

  • Peel satoimo and cut them to pieces.
    Point:Put them immediately into salt water after peeling.
  • Boil satoimo in salt water to remove the slime.
  • Put them on a plate.
  • Put the same quantity of miso and sugar into a pot, and put it on fire.
  • To make 4. soft, add sake and dashi stock.
  • Add grind sesame (30% of 5.)
  • Spread 6. on the satoimo, sprinkle green dried seaweed.
