Sweet potato rice


Rice, sweet potatoes, salt, sake, dried kelp for soup stock




  • 1. Cut sweet potatoes into 1cm cubs. Put them into salt water.
  • Rinse the rice. Add water and a dash of sake and dried kelp (make it slightly salty)
  • Put drained sweet potatoes into 2.
  • Boil rice and sweet potatoes. After boiling, remove kelp and mix.
