Bamboo shoot Kinpira

≪ingredients≫

Bamboo shoot, soy sauce, sugar, sake, dashi stock oil.

≪recipe≫

  • Cut the bamboo shoot in rectangular slices of about 4cm.
  • Pan-fry in oil.
  • Season with sugar, soy sauce and sake (a little bit sweet). Put dashi stock and boil at medium heat until dashi stock condenses.
  • Serve with Sansho (Japanese pepper leaf)
