This building has been built in 2006 as the 100 years anniversary memorial project of the Sojiji relocation.

Tenzo ryo (kitchen), Shissui ryo (property management dept.), Fukyōkyōka bu (public relations dept.) are located on the ground floor, the 2nd floor accommodates Fuku kannin ryo (vice director dept.), Shoji ryo,, Rokuji ryo (General affairs dept.) and Chiko ryo (financial dept.). On the 3rd and 4th floor there are rooms for senior monks and officials.
