Fried eggplant

Ingredients

eggplant, oil, sesame, soy sauce, sugar, dashi stock

Recipe

  1. First, cut eggplant in half, then cut each half into three pieces. Soak them in water for about 20 min.
  2. Fry them in 170℃ oil until they become brown. Let them cool with the skin facing up. (Do not fry too much).
  3. Mix grinded sesame, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar and 2 spoons of dashi stock.
  4. Serve eggplants with sauce.
