Rape blossom, soy sauce, sugar, sake, Japanese mustard, nori (laver)
- Boil rape blossom.
- Boil komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and maitake mushrooms.
- Put sugar, soy sauce, sake and Japanese mustard into a bowl, mix and give it a bit strong taste.
- Put rape blossom into the bowl and soak.
- Spread the Sumaki (bamboo mat for sushi), put paper and half sheet of Nori on the mat, place drained rape blossom on the nori, and roll up.
- Cut in equal size and serve with Japanese mustard.
