Norimaki (laver roll) of rape blossom -Japanese mustard flavor-

Ingredients

Rape blossom, soy sauce, sugar, sake, Japanese mustard, nori (laver)

Recipe

  1. Boil rape blossom.
  2. Boil komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) and maitake mushrooms.
  3. Put sugar, soy sauce, sake and Japanese mustard into a bowl, mix and give it a bit strong taste.
  4. Put rape blossom into the bowl and soak.
  5. Spread the Sumaki (bamboo mat for sushi), put paper and half sheet of Nori on the mat, place drained rape blossom on the nori, and roll up.
  6. Cut in equal size and serve with Japanese mustard.
