Bamboo shoot Kinpira


Bamboo shoot, soy sauce, sugar, sake, dashi stock oil.


  1. Cut the bamboo shoot in rectangular slices of about 4cm.
  2. Pan-fry in oil.
  3. Season with sugar, soy sauce and sake (a little bit sweet). Put dashi stock and boil at medium heat until dashi stock condenses.
  4. Serve with Sansho (Japanese pepper leaf)
